Refund policy

Return eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the package is completely unopened, unused, in original sealed packaging, and the return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

Return authorization required

You must email support@littlehomeschoolers.com first to receive a return authorization. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Return shipping and refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms that the item is unopened, unused, and still in its original sealed packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opened, used, and damaged items

No refunds, exchanges, or returns are available for opened, used, or customer-damaged items.

Transit damage

If an item arrives damaged in transit, you must report it with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible transit damage claims are handled with a replacement, not a refund.

Checkout acknowledgment

This policy is displayed at checkout and is agreed to at the time of purchase when the customer checks the required policy acknowledgment box before placing the order.
