Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in like-new condition

  • Must be in the original packaging with all inserts or tags

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be denied a return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@littlehomeschooler.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Digital products or app subscriptions (see below)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Perishable goods or personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before purchasing or returning.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item following the steps above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@littlehomeschooler.com.

App Subscriptions (Future Policy)

When our educational app launches, app subscriptions and in-app digital content will be non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the billing period.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
