Agreement to terms upon purchase

By placing an order with Little Home Schoolers, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. Your agreement is confirmed by the required checkout checkbox before any order is submitted.

Products sold as is

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products are sold AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without any warranties except those that cannot legally be disclaimed. Little Home Schoolers expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Home Schoolers and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website, the product, or any order. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Safety and supervision

The product is intended only for children ages 3 and older and must be used under direct adult supervision. It contains small parts and a rechargeable battery and is not for children under 3. By purchasing or using the product, you agree to supervise use, follow all warnings and instructions, and accept that Little Home Schoolers is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, unsupervised use, or use outside the stated age guidelines.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you have any concern with your order, you agree to contact us at support@littlehomeschoolers.com first and give us a reasonable opportunity of 5 business days to resolve it before initiating a payment dispute. We respond to all chargebacks with full documentation, including delivery confirmation and your acceptance of these Terms at checkout. Where a dispute is found to be invalid, we reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including recovery of associated costs.

Dispute resolution

Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, all disputes arising out of or relating to your purchase, the product, or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Little Home Schoolers and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Severability and updates

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this website with notice through the updated effective content on this page.
